Happy new year wooooop! It really really doesn’t feel like I was writing my Christmas gifts of 2014 post that long ago, but here we are once again ahh! I feel like I don’t really need to write the normal ‘I’m grateful for all of this and I’m not here to brag’ malarkey because we’re all in the same boat really – we’ve probably all been gifted some great things this year and of course we’re all thrilled to the gills. 😉 I haven’t included every single gift here like stocking fillers and so on, but here’s the most part and a good round up!
Jewellery wise, I got a new Pandora ring and two pairs of earrings. I also got four new charms for my troll beads bracelet. (And not pictured, a beautiful necklace from Iceland.)
The three new palettes I got (none of which I was expecting!) are the Urban Decay naked smoky and Gwen Stefani palette, and the stunning Stila palette was from my sister – eeeek.
I think these Disney notebooks are the best thing since sliced bread! Disney have a whole range of limited edition notebooks featuring some of the most famous villains – I got the tangled and the snow white ones.
More beauty bits – including three pieces of the Ellie Goulding MAC collection – how pretty are they!? As soon as I heard this was going to be a thing I knew I had to own a piece – but actually it took so much longer to sell out than any other collection I’ve seen. Maybe it was because it was so close to Christmas, but I felt quite bad for her ha! Usually the LE collections sell within less an hour! Another highlight for me was the limited edition Jefree Star liquid lipstick in ‘doll parts’ – a stunning pink!
I got three different candles this Christmas – I know a lot of people will think it’s hugely sad to be so thrilled about but they are ah-maaaazing and idgaf. 😉
A whole bunch of random shnez. 😉 I got a body shop gift set in the Christmas ‘frosted plum’ scent – which is just amazing by the way! A harry potter glass because why the hell not, and my first bath and body works candle oooomph. I believe it was bought of eebs by my sister, and it genuinely smells incredible! I haven’t it yet but if it smells as good alight as it does not lit, be prepared to hear more. Another lovely little surprise is the silver ‘sou&co’ tin you see hidden there. This is a body butter from a new shop near us and it genuinely is one of the best smelling things I have ever smelt – nomnomnomnomnom. (If you’re ever near one of these shops, smell the melon and passion fruit one; it’s the one I have and I can’t imagine they could possibly make anything any better!)
How beautiful is the Cinderella mirror!? It was a part of the Sephora Disney collection launched earlier in 2015. Although we don’t have a Sephora here so I knew we’d have to pay a load more to get one, I do not care, just look at it! I also bought one of my sisters the Belle version:
I got some new books – including a new baking one; much excite, DVD’s, stationery and a bookmark which has weirdly but genuinely made me start reading again.
Finally (this was actually the last present I opened on Christmas day,) but definitely not least – I was given this phone case which was custom made to look like my cat Tom! How fricken adorable and spot on is it!?
What did you get this crimbo?
