Guess who’s twenty!? It feels wrong, I’m still seventeen I swear! 😉 For my twentieth (that sounds gross, my little sister is annoyed at me for leaving her in her teens hahaha) I got some amaaazing presents. As with last year I wanted to share a good round-up of what I got with you as it’s all very exciting! (I feel like no disclaimer is needed this year, we’re all allowed to be happy and share what we have with each other so woooop let’s get cracking!) I feel like I need to add – this isn’t every single thing, purely in case someone looks at this who has bought me something and it’s not included haha!
I was given a huge bunch of bath and body stuff which I looove – including bath bombs, face masks and body scrubs. I was especially thrilled to the gills with the pinita colada range, it smells so sooo amazing! I smelt this in the body shop a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it, but due to my birthday coming up and not rolling in the dollar, I gave it a miss. (Which I’m glad I did, seeing as I have three gems from the range now!) Another thing I’m really excited to use is the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser – I’ve heard so many amazing things about this product and never had the chance to properly try it out, so I’m really looking forward to diving into this.
I got two of my favourite perfumes in the whole world – daisy dream by Marc Jacobs (this is my second huge bottle of this and I love it to bits,) and a beautiful Nina Ricci fragrance. I think these are the most beautiful bottles in the world and I will be wearing these nonnn stop!
Makeup-wise, I am absolutely 100% incredibly excited to have the Too Faced sweet peach palette! I wanted this so badly and it kept selling out, so when I saw it restocked I hinted a fairly strong amount. 😉 I smells absolutely incredible – peach galore, and the shades are so stunning. I’m really looking forward to trying out lipcote and seeing if it prolongs my lipstick woop woooop.
I was given this stunning bad from Zara – I adore the feather clasp detail!
As part of the presents from my lovelayy boyf I got two books from my favourite author in the world – this is too exciting for me; James Patterson is a fricken genius I tell you!
I quite honestly adore these pieces of jewellery – I got a gorgeous bracelet and leaf ring from my boyfriend, a new Daniel Wellington watch (it’s so summery I love it!) and two troll beads charms – a moon from my sister and the cutest hatching dragons egg.
I got a bunch of stationery, some cooking books and the secret diary of a call girl series. (Look up this series, it’s so soo good, Billie Piper is a fricken god!) Also, how cute is that tremendous ideas notepad?!
Along with a bunch of kitchen stuff for uni, my mum bought me these three little statues, and I genuinely think they are the best things in the world! We called the birds Craig (left) and Bert (right,) and the boat is pretty snazzy.
Everyone that knows me knows I’m a huge candle hoarder, so I was given two of the huge jars in cucumber melon (amazinggg,) and cinnamon – which is Christmas in a bottle and will be lit non-stop later this year, trust me! A gorgeous friend also bought me the most beautiful melter with the cutest pattern on the sides, and some delicious melts.
I got a bunch of chocolate and three different hot chocolates which taste incredible. I was in Whittard’s with my dad and tried the white hot chocolate drink on one of their many tasting sections, and fell in love – so he bought me three the cutie! They’re definitely not a drink you could have a big cup of but in small doses they are so tasty and warming, nomnomnomnom.
How fricken cool are these socks!? Catercorns and pugs on unicorns? Yes pleasssseeee.
The cat statue is basically the outline of my cat Tom; she’s a little pod shape bless her! I love it so much and it’s sat next to a picture of me and her – cat loveeerrrr. I also have two mugs which are snazz-city.
I absolutely love every single one of these things, what do you think!?
