There aint nothing better than warm, gooey homemade brownies. Me and my boyfriend whipped up the most delicious ever so I thought I’d give it a share. The base of the recipe is one by the wonderful Mary Berry, you definitely need to try them out!
You will need:
♥ A baking tray and baking paper
♥ 275g softened butter
♥ 375g caster sugar
♥ 4 large eggs
♥ 100g self-raising flour
♥ 75g cocoa powder
♥ 100g chocolate chips
♥ A bucket load of milky bars! (Seriously though we only used about 5 or 6)
Preheat the oven to 180ºc (fan 160,) then grease and line the baking tray.
Chuck all the ingredients other than the milky way’s together and mix – it’s literally that simple, no skill required!
Spoon evenly into the tray and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Once out and partially cooled, melt the milky bars together in a bowl over boiling water – we added a little almond milk to make it slightly thinner. Once you’re done drizzle it over the top and voila. Food. Porn.
