Couples UK travels!

Hello you beauts! I’m a strong advocate for travelling around the UK as there is so much gorgeousness to see for such a small price compared to abroad holidays. I find it so strange how a lot of the time we know so much more about the history and culture of other countries/cities than our own because we just don’t delve into it as much when we live there. Over the past couple of years I’ve been on a good few UK breaks and had the loveliest times, so I wanted to write a round-up of my plans, favourite places and places I want to see! Perfect little travels with friends, your partner, or someone you’re seeing!

Cornwall – one of the loveliest little breaks the UK has to offer – if you go to the right spot in the peak of summer you’ll literally feel like you are abroad. Me and Jack were gifted a two night stay in loads of options around the UK for Christmas and Cornwall is a top contender!

…As is the Isle of Wight! I went here yearssss ago with my school which really wasn’t the best break ever lels, but the actual place is stunning, there’s so much to offer and I love that it feels off the grid yet is so close and easy to get to.

Forest holidays are situated in forests all around the country, but I wanted to throw this in here because the log cabins and hot tubs set in the most beautiful scenery makes for such a lovely UK break – definitely one to check out and sooo romantic – perfect for couples!

If you’re up North or want to explore that way York is really beautiful and has so many things to do and places to explore. I was born here and my parents went to university here/lived here for a while so we always go back, and it’s just lovely. If you’re up that way Harrogate is worth a day trip as it’s also beautiful. (And make sure you visit Betty’s for afternoon tea if you can! – And the Forbidden Corner for a snazzy labyrinth maze!)

Come and visit Brighton! I am sooo happy I moved here – it’s such a stunning place and there’s so much to do, but it’s also just the perfect amount of busy. I really love it here and I’d definitely recommend coming for a weekend or even a summer day trip if you’re nearby!

Bath – see it, breathe it, (*whispers*) believe it.

Finally, I sooo want to go to Scotland! It’s crazy that it takes up what, about a third of the country(?) to think I haven’t visited. This will happen fo’ showa.

What are your top UK breaks? Are there any you would add to this list? If you want to check out some internet dating platforms have a look at the – Lancashire dating site, Isle of Wight dating site, dating in Bristol, date Jersey singles, single women in London and no strings dating.

Hi! I studied in England several years ago and it’s really beautiful and full of things to do and see. One of my favourite places is Bath, it’s so so gorgeous! I also love London for the musicals, there’s something for everyone. Best regards from Spain,
    Marta

These are great ideas! Going to a log cabin in the forest sounds amazing.

In Scotland, I’ve had a lot of fun in Edinburgh but also taking long walks in Trossachs National Park and the Isles of Mull & Iona. Although those were more family trips, they’d be really fun to do just as a couple’s getaway!
